Our mission is to provide a sense of security, warmth, and comfort to children who are in crisis, seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need of a hug by gifting them a new, handmade blanket.

When Lesley quilts, and Diane crochets, they create beautiful blankets! Thank you gals for your heartfelt donation to Project Linus Airdrie! These will be sure to bring a smile to the faces of children in need. We appreciate these and all donations of handmade blankets, yarn and fabrics. However your Easter weekend was celebrated, Project Linus Airdrie hopes you created memories to cherish, and carry you into the promise of spring and warmer weather! Our volunteers are looking forward to our next meeting on Monday, April 13, at 6:30 p.m., being held in the Qualico Communities Create Space 1, at the Airdrie Public Library. We look forward to welcoming all new and returning members! 🧶🧵💖
