* ¾ oz simple syrup
* 2 oz sparkling water
* Handful of crushed ice

* 2 oz Black Moon Gin
* 1 oz blackberry syrup
* 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
* 2 oz ginger beer
* 2 dashes orange bitters
* Smoked rosemary sprig
* Blackberries + ice

Shadow Bloom

Ingredients

* 2 oz Shadow in the Lake vodka
* 1 oz blueberry syrup
* ¾ oz fresh lime juice
* ½ oz elderflower syrup or liqueur
* 2–3 fresh mint leaves
* Splash of soda water
* Ice

Garnish

* Fresh blueberries
* Mint sprig
* Lime wheel
