Lap sealant was not maintained correctly and rubber roof became brittle causing leaks in various areas, just because it’s a late model (2009) doesn’t mean you don’t have to service every year. 3/4 of the roofs plywood replaced and a full rubber roof installed and re sealed. Boler restoration complete with matching dinette table and counter top, new subfloor and waterproof vinyl plank covering, new oak interior panels, new water lines, new fresh water tank and interior cabinetry was re fastened with aluminum rivets as they were factory.
