Hunger Response International began with one initiative called the Rice Raiser Campaign in 2005 with a pilot project at one high school. www.riceraiser.org
The Rice Raiser Campaign is an educational youth-mobilized community event designed to change hunger locally and globally at the same time.
Hunger Response International now has added another initiative to raise awareness about world hunger and it is called Have A Rice Day. www.haveariceday.cao
