It’s not goodbye, but a new beginning!

Serving the Abbotsford community over the past 10 years has been the most amazing, humbling and life changing experience for me.

I have had the privilege of building so many deep and incredibly meaningful relationships, and I am forever grateful for each employee, customer, athlete and friend for your continued trust, love and support during this journey.

You ALL mean the absolute world to me, to my family and to our team here at Reflex!

We opened with the intention of being different, because “different is a great thing to be.”

Our goal was to serve and operate with integrity, transparency and honesty, all the while passionately serving our community and making a lasting impact in the lives of each person entering our business.

I truly believe we continue to do just that and so much more!

With that being said, Jennilee and I have decided that it is time to change directions and move forward to the next chapter in our lives.

We have met this decision with great anticipation and excitement for what the future holds, but want to ensure that we are passing the torch to someone that aligns with our commitment to our customers and friends.

We will be looking for an individual(s) who not only wants to purchase a business that has been operating for 10+ years of exceptional customer service and care, but for someone who aligns with our core values and ethics, and who has a passion for health, fitness and wellness.
