What is it with people who fear fungi or can’t stand mushrooms? 🧐

Mycophobia is a term that means a general fear of fungi. At the risk of generalizing the “east” and “west” too heavily, there are heavy differences among various cultures in their aversion to or love for fungi. Interestingly, some of of these sentiments can be traced back to religious and/or colonial roots!
