5 Years of ITL: The Remixes 🧪

Today we announce a project that's been bubbling (in the lab, gettit?) for a really long time. 6 ITL classics flipped by artists we've looked up to for ages.

Kicking off proceedings is the legendary Tom Finster, remixing Cuepric & Melanie Ring's 'Aphel'.

We were blown away how Tom was able to strip back such a loud track to it's basics and build it back up again in his unique image; stunning remixing work.

It's always a blast working with these three, and their musical talents speak for themselves. This offering is a classic ITL flavour anthem.

Refraction 🇩🇪🧪

We put out the fourth entry in our Matter series on Friday, fronted by Refraction from Blacksite.

We knew the moment we heard this that we wanted to put it onto the Matter project, a perfect fit for our brighter and organic yearly project.

The colourbass stabs in this really tickle our brains, and the creativity on show cemented it as a must-have for an experimental label like ours.

Tomorrow is a special day 💜

More than just a song, "Charter" has become something of an art project.

We know it's not going to be a huge viral 'pop' sensation, but it represents us well -- a showcase of our creative tastes and evolving skills.

Tyr Kohout designed almost every sound, instead of using samples. It's techy, orchestral, hard-hitting, emotional. It only has 1 drop.

The mysterious outro is one of my favourite parts of any song I've ever done. It also features a short poem I wrote.

We even made an official music video (a DIY project we did entirely on our own) and Tyr flew a drone for the first time.

It's not often that we release a "flowanastasia & Tyr Kohout" collab, so we wanted to go all out. You might've heard this in our live shows over the last year and now we're excited to launch it into the world.
