This past Saturday our learners proudly participated in the Curro Online Chess Tournament, competing against players from Curro schools across the country.

With over 140 players per age group, the competition was intense, challenging, and exciting! Learners competed in the U8, U10, U12, and U14 categories, showcasing strategic thinking, concentration, and resilience.

We are proud of every learner who represented our school and embraced the spirit of healthy competition. Well done, chess champions! 👏🏽🏆

Learning comes alive when the classroom extends into the real world!

Our Year 3E2 and 3E4 learners recently embarked on an unforgettable milestone trip to Mokolodi Nature Reserve, where they explored Botswana’s incredible wildlife and gained hands-on experience in environmental conservation.

From exciting game drives spotting zebras, giraffes, impalas, and baboons, to visiting the reptile park and learning about snakes up close, every moment was filled with discovery and adventure. Learners also participated in nature walks and environmental education sessions, deepening their understanding of ecosystems, biodiversity, and the importance of protecting our natural heritage.

One of the highlights of the trip was gathering around a bonfire on the final evening, sharing stories, laughter, and special memories with friends and teachers.

Experiences like these reinforce classroom learning, build confidence, encourage teamwork, and inspire a lifelong appreciation for nature.
