The Filipino Association in Botswana, in collaboration with the Philippine Consulate in Gaborone, held its very first Filipino Food Festival on 22 November 2025.

Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came, and to the Filipino community who helped make the event such a success! Every food booth showcased something special and was enjoyed by everyone.

The photobooth was also a hit, and the karaoke was absolutely unforgettable, filling the venue with energy and fun sing-alongs.

Maraming salamat po! Sa uulitin! 🇵🇭

The Filipino community in Botswana recently held a celebration filled with laughter, music, and the inspiring Bayanihan spirit!

The highlight of the evening was the Induction of the new Executive Committee, officiated by the Philippine Ambassador to Botswana, H.E. Noralyn Baja.

The community came together with lively songs and dance performances, heartwarming fellowship, exciting raffles, and touching video messages from former FAB members who continue to show their love and support from afar.

It was truly a night to remember. A reflection of our shared pride, friendship, and Filipino spirit. Though miles away from home, we remain united as one community.
