Because the majority of us settle for average. But what really is average? Average is a level of discontent. Average is the top of the worst and the bottom of the best. The bigger danger for each of us may be that the emotional stress becomes greater and self-worth issues may be seriously affected. These are times when you might have to figure out how you get yourself unstuck. If you cannot do it yourself, you might have to get someone else to help you get unstuck. This is why we have a service of personal coaching ready for you to help you get unstuck. Through our GROW Model of coaching we take you through all the various stages of the coaching process to get you to deal with the challenges of turbulent times like these. My friend, you are much stronger than you think. You are meant to go through any kind of turbulence. Through our coaching process you will come out triumphant even in tough times like these. The duration of our coaching process will be guided by the complexity of the goal you will like to achieve in the process. If you engage in the process, you will normally meet with your coach for a session per hour weekly or monthly (depending on agreed frequency).
