🌟 Story Time! 🌟

For 20 years, I was in an abusive marriage with a covert narcissist, completely unaware of what I was experiencing. Those years were filled with confusion, pain, and emotional turmoil until I began to understand narcissism. I realized I had been lied to, ignored, betrayed, belittled, and made to feel invisible.

Then, as if for a second the brain fog completely cleared, I saw everything from a new perspective. For the first time, I had hope that my life could change. I was excited for a fresh start away from the toxicity. Though those years with my ex felt wasted, I came to understand they were part of my journey toward a greater purpose—the one I’m on now, sharing my story with you.

Today marks a significant milestone for me.

Never did I think I would escape my abusive marriage, and I DID!

Never did I think I would stop being scared of my ex-husband, the covert narcissist, and I AM! 🙌🏻

Never did I think I could heal from years of trauma, suffering, pain, and betrayal, yet here I am, proud of my ongoing process. 🌟

Never did I think I would love myself truly and unconditionally, and I DO! ❤️

Never did I imagine speaking my truth in a written and public way, and I DID! 📚

The reality of this abuse is profound and undeniable.

I had the privilege of co-authoring with incredible individuals who also share their heartfelt stories of love. My chapter talks about the complexities of love shaped by emotional and psychological abuse. 💔➡️💖

With the presale now live until tomorrow, I’m filled with gratitude and anticipation. My hope is that my story will offer support and awareness to those who need it most. Writing about narcissistic abuse was something I never imagined I’d do, but here I am, sharing my truth. If my journey can help even one person, it will all be worth it. 💗
