as a property Valuer he began work as a commercial agent and property Valuer at another estate agency firm. He later opened an estate agency firm in partnership where he engaged work such as developments, valuation, estate agency and property management. He was in charge of a portfolio which encompassed shopping centres, office blocks, industrial premises and residential complexes. When in 2005 he sold his firm and then went on his own many clients did not want him to stop managing their assets and therefore they moved their business from the initial company (Which was in partnership) to the new company being Promanco. Promanco specialises in both property management and Valuation. Some of the portfolios which Promanco managed are shopping centres, residential complex, Industrial parks and office buildings. Currently it is managing two residential complexes being Hillside View and Lifestyle Properties and soon to be in Francistown Molapo View Estate. There are also numerous office and Industrial units under the Portfolio. Promanco has undertaken work throughout Botswana as valuations for Industrial, farms, Residential and Commercial properties. Some of the clients were Botswana Development Corporation (Mr. Ronnie Masalila) National Development Bank (Mr. Ben Rawelengere), LEA (Mr. Caesar Vista), Sefalana (Mr. Mohamed Osman) and many other large organizations such as BOTHO University (Mr. Aditya Rajaram), BSS (Mr. Sameer Ahmad). Facility Management encompass the supervision of Gardening Services; maintenance; cleaning and security. Promanco take care of all these requirements via reliable various firms where rates and proof of service have been provided over the years. Thus The Client / Landlord can relax whilst all the work is addressed. To handle this workload current staff of Promanco consists of Mrs. Abigail Azoulay, Mr. Ompatile Ntesang, Mrs. Ramesh, Ms Gofiwa Phuti, Mr. Alain Rass, Mr Evans Moje; Mrs. Michele Haskins, Ms. Dalene Maree, Mr. Ketlareng Ketlareng, Mrs Opelo Kabasia, Ms. Adele Ntobedzi, Mr Elang Moje and Mr Kagiso Morokotso. Also there is the separate crew of maintenance firms who are on call 24/7 (facility services). Mrs. Azoulay is an accomplished office administrator and book keeper. She ran her own hiring company for five years and has recently succumbed to her husband’s needs. She has been in Botswana for 34 years. Mr. Ompatile Ntesang is our driver; he collects the cheques on our behalf and does the running around when needed. He is a Batswana Citizen. Mrs Ramesh works within Sigma Accountants who is a registered Chartered Accounting firm and she herself has graduated from BIAC with her AAT. She is in charge of all the invoicing within the firm. Ms. Gofiwa Phuti is the property manager. She works hand in hand with Mrs Ramesh. She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and is a Batswana Citizen. Alain Rass does the site inspections, Valuation and Estate Agency work. He has completed his Ba-Isago certificate and added to his resume’ an auctioneering diploma. He is currently working on his Degree to become a full valuer. Michele Haskins has a qualification as a bachelor in business and property from Australia she is now being supervised by Mr. Azoulay to become a full member with REIB. She is a Batswana Citizen. Dalene Maree is a Motswana citizen who holds both the degrees in accounting and is a member of the Botswana Accountancy Institute plus she has recently qualified as a property Valuer with Unisa and is currently working under my supervision to become a full member of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana. Mr Evans Moje is a Motswana citizen who is also a qualified quantity surveyor and has completed his degree as a property valuer through University of Pretoria. He has been working in Botswana since 1998. Adele Ntobedzi has completed both her auctioneering diploma and her Ba-Isago certificate. She is in charge of the estate agency side. Mrs Opelo Kabasia has completed her studies as Ba-Isago as an estate agent and is also a qualified electrical engineer. Mr Elang Moje and Kagiso Morokotso have both completed their second year with Ba-Isago towards their diploma in real estate. They are working towards their accreditation with REIB as fully fledged estate agents. Mr Ketlareng Ketlareng has qualified from Ba-Isago and is in charge of the commercial properties that Promanco has. Azoulay oversees the entire operation. He is a qualified Valuer with Real Estate Institute of Botswana and South Africa Institute of Valuers. He is also a member of BIDP, Real Estate Advisory Council and is the chairman of the REIB’s Valuation Standard Committee. Has been residing in Botswana for the last 22 years. Promanco assisted clients with their tax submissions; Setting and Conclusions of Body Corporate; Negotiations between landlords and tenants; Levy and rental collections. 12. Rentals; Sales and Auctioning of immovable properties. As a member of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana Promanco’s fee structure is based on REIB’s recommended fee structure.
