𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐑𝐎𝐀𝐃𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇 𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐏𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐋

The following new roads will be constructed through the Development Manager model: Modipane-Mabalane (24km); Molepolole Bypass (28km); Tloaneng-Mankgodi (12km); Mmathethe-Bray-Werda (125km); three (3) Grade Separated Interchanges at Molapo Crossing, Block 8 Traffic circle and Airport Junction.

The construction of Mmokolodi Kgotla access road (6km); Mmadinare-Robelela (40km); Manyana-Moshupa (18km) and Motopi-Makalamabedi (30km) is expected to commence during this current financial year.

In order to preserve some of the national strategic roads, the following roads will undergo periodic maintenance in the form of Asphalt overlaying; Jwaneng – Sekoma (82km); Mahalapye – Radisele (40Km) and Machaneng – Ramokgonami (60km). These projects are expected to commence this financial year and to be completed in the next financial year.

I have always loved nature ;being outdoors and connecting with nature ,looking at the range of colours,textures,and different species of plants ,flowers,trees,shrubs etc, makes me happy.

One particular day whilst on a school vacation in the middle of a jungle ,I conquered my fear of heights and went down a waterfall,in that moment,being under this waterfall,hearing nothing but the continous flow of water,immense courage came upon me and I was reborn.In that moment the fear of the unknown left ,and i knew Entrepreneurship was my calling,all the doubts I had about pursuing future businesses were gone and landscaping would be one of them.

I am now part of an industry that contributes to caring for the exterior of the built environment and i love waking up and going to different sites ,to bring green life to people's properties.

To ensure that i remain consistant providing such excellence ,I continue to empower myself by undergoing various trainings like the recent training i underwent by Now For them Botswana in partnership with AWE ,powered by American Embassy and learning from various professionals in the built environment industry like BOWICO (Botswana Women in Construction Organisation)
