ICT Dynamix

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior role at ICT Dynamix and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously we are seeking multi-skilled and highly capable candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
8 (Eight) or more years relevant experience, and one or several formal qualifications
• Engineering
• IT or Computer Science
• Business Management or Business Administration
• PMP or Prince2 certification required; PMO experience preferred
• Experience in Agile teams
• Proven leadership skills
• Expertise in conflict resolution
• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to MS Project , MS Visio, MS Power Point , JIRA, MS Excel, etc

• Capacity to manage high stress situations
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Leadership skills
• Big-picture thinking and vision

• ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred. PMP certifications required.
