• Call us on 390 9748 where one of our sales team will personally vis
it you with the relevant information and sign-up forms. HOW IT WORKS:
• HOME RRA operates solely on a membership basis.
• Once an annual membership contract has been completed, you will be able to request a designated driver by calling our call centre on 390 6415.
• A designated driver will then be sent to collect you from the agreed collection point and deliver you safely home in your own car. A HOME RRA support driver will follow in our company car to ensure the designated drivers transportation to and from the collection and drop-off points.
• You will be notified by our Call Centre (via SMS or Call), of the time of arrival, and exact location of the pick-up driver. Where-after you will be given a grace period of 15 minutes to exit the venue and make your way to the driver. Failure to do so within the designated 15 minutes will result in a cancellation and you will be liable for a minimum trip as per your package.
• Free kilometres and monthly rates will be charged according to the membership plan you choose. CHOOSE A PACKAGE THAT SUITS YOU:
Four HOME RRA packages, each with different mileage allowances, will be available to suit your individual needs. The more you use the HOME RRA service, the better the price per km.
