The UB Progressives proudly endorse Mk Terrance “Terminator” Sonny as the next President of the UBSRC and Moono Wa Baithuti. ✊🏾

Comrade Mk Terrance T-minator Sonny has consistently demonstrated commitment to the struggle for student justice and progressive leadership on campus. His work within the UB Progressives, as well as his active role in both the Alliance for Progressives Youth League and the Umbrella for Democratic Change Youth League, reflects a young leader grounded in progressive values and dedicated to advancing the interests of students and the youth at large.

Yesterday’s demonstration was yet another reflection of his revolutionary character. Mk Terminator stood firmly among students and young people, raising his voice and advocating for the dignity, welfare, and rights of the student community. Leadership is not defined by titles, but by the courage to stand with the people when it matters most, and he has shown exactly that.

As UB Progressives, we trust that he will lead Moono Wa Baithuti and the UBSRC with integrity, courage, and passion, always placing the interests of students at the center of his leadership.

We therefore proudly stand behind his candidacy and call upon progressive students to rally behind a leader who has proven his commitment to the cause.
