We are sorry we let you down. While we knew things would get crazy last week, not even we could anticipate the massive spike in demand for alcohol on our platform. This resulted in order slots booking up very quickly and our platform struggling to manage the traffic.

We are working around the clock to ensure this does not happen again. While we have made massive leaps and bounds in the past few months, the previous week was truly a period of unusual demand and it showed us we still have some way to go.

We are working closely with our partners to assess stock availability and operational impact, in order to plan and prepare better.

Our goal is to get same-day liquor delivery as soon as possible.
