Yesterday we facilitated a Team Building session for BURS.

Session 1:
Indoor discussions on Mindset of Thriving teams. We taught them on the demands, character and attitude of winning teams with tangible and practical assignments. We then created a roadmap on the next steps for them and will be working with them on a continous coaching basis to build new habits, direction and a solid team.

Session 2:
Outdoor activities and games to embody team principles. The activities targeted areas of: communication, coordination, team spirit, Resilience and team morale.

Today we facilitated the Relationship Building By Objectives (RBO) for Debswana team specifically the ONCC. The session was facilitated by our Coach Mompoloki Makwana.

In essence, the RBO process involved getting the parties to separately identify in detail the precise nature of the relationship problems between themselves; then to share their perspectives on those problems with each other and to ensure that they truly understood each other’s perspectives.

The problems were then sorted into agreed themes and the parties then, in a joint problem-solving way, set objectives to improve their relationship and to find solutions to the problems.

After this, the parties formulated detailed, practical and agreed action plans to address the objectives and the problems and, finally they agreed on how to review and monitor those action plans.
