From a clear assessment, the building was constructed in an area with a high water table, which indicates that the soil is weak.
The bungalow should have included a chain beam to evenly distribute the load.
Additionally, the foundation was not properly treated to resist moisture, which is why the paint is peeling off.
It is evident that a soil test was not conducted to determine the soil's bearing capacity. Furthermore, the project was not handled by a professional, and essential structural elements such as chain and lintel beams were omitted, compromising load distribution.
