GC will design the products, assess the market for sales and then outsource the production to capable production units in the country and abroad. As far as possible, GC will strive to use existing capacity in the country that has been supported by the Government to train them to earn livelihoods. For example, GC intends to engage the differently-abled students of Draktsho, youth trained by YDF in souvenir and handicrafts making and people trained by Tarayana Foundation.
