The Electrical Engineering Program at the College of Science and Technology is proud to host a five-day intensive training module on Protection Relays, in collaboration with industry expert BA. The training commenced yesterday and will continue till Friday, offering a rare opportunity for in-depth, hands-on experience.

The sessions focus on:
✅ Fundamentals of Protection Systems
✅ MiCOM Relay Configuration (P-Series)
✅ OMICRON CMC 356 Test Kit Operation
✅ Generator, Transformer, Busbar, and Line Protection Relays
✅ Practical configuration, testing, and analysis exercises

This training is a vital step toward equipping our students and faculty with real-world skills in relay testing, fault analysis, and power system protection.
