Throughout the month of May, the teams at Bahamas First came together in a big way to observe Mental Health Awareness Month. Every Friday, our offices turned into a sea of green to show solidarity, spark vital conversations, and break the stigma surrounding mental health.

But we didn't just dress the part; our team members actively participated in wellness activities and mindfulness exercises all month long to support the cause and prioritize their well-being.

Mental health is health. Let’s keep checking in on each other and fostering a supportive community every day of the year! 🧠

Great food for a great cause! 🥥🔥 Last weekend, few members of the Bahamas First Leadership Team traded the office for the Maillis Farm to support the Bahamas National Trust’s Annual Pig Roast.

The highlight of the evening was the mission behind the music. Proceeds from this event go directly toward the development and management of San Salvador national parks.

We’re proud to stand alongside BNT members in protecting our natural spaces and ensuring they remain accessible for generations to come. ✨
