Additionally her goal is to bring solutions to the challenges of recruitment and retention of nurses in the Bahamas. Michelle will bring a unique perspective to audiences by creating events for nurses in ambient environments away from work and classroom settings that would foster inclusivity, inspire conversation, make space for debate and give voice to those less heard.
