As Director and Principal of Vision Academy, Dr. Burrows leads with excellence, compassion, and intentionality. Her leadership is not merely administrative; it is transformational. She sees potential where others see limits, speaks life where there is doubt, and builds futures one child, one family, and one educator at a time.

As an author, she pours her lived experiences, wisdom, and faith into words that heal, challenge, and inspire. Her voice reaches beyond pages, calling others to walk boldly into purpose, identity, and destiny.

As a Toastmaster and communicator, she exemplifies the power of voice, clear, courageous, and impactful. She teaches not only how to speak, but how to speak with truth, grace, and authority.
