Putting your hand up for opportunities can feel uncomfortable, especially when you’re used to simply working hard and hoping your work speaks for itself.

But I’m learning that growth also requires -
𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.
And sometimes, a willingness to say:�“𝑰 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆 𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒕𝒆.”

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 in these times call for new energy, fresh thinking and people prepared to step forward with experience, new ideas and a genuine desire to help move our country forward.

So this is me embracing that energy — professionally, personally and purposefully.

Our grandparents would say, "Closed mouths don’t get fed."

And quiet potential helps no one.
