💐 Celebrating Inclusion and Excellence: Honored with the Voices (Platinum EVE) Badge 🎉🎉

EVE is an initiative by ELT professionals to promote equality in professional events, recognizing events that achieve gender and language parity. They maintain a calendar with events meeting these standards, and badges are displayed for those that meet these standards.

The Platinum EVE badge is given to ELT events that exhibit exceptional diversity and inclusivity in speaker lineups based on gender and L1/L2 speaker balance and line-ups that authentically reflect the event& #39;s audience or theme, such as diversity, regional focus, or predominantly female teachers.
The 2024 Spring Conference, titled Current Technologies in EFL: Making the Learning Student-Centered and Inclusive, is a prestigious event that has been awarded the Voices (Platinum EVE) Badge for its commitment to inclusivity and balanced representation in ELT education. The conference featured a diverse speaker line-up, including national and international experts and emerging presenters from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds, fostering a global dialogue. It also promoted
student-centered practices that reflect the diversity of its audience, Bolivian educators and students facing unique challenges in a globalized, technology-driven world. The conference's hybrid format allowed for wider accessibility, demonstrating the flexibility and adaptability needed for today's educators.

We are truly honored to receive this recognition! Our heartfelt thanks go out to all our speakers for their invaluable contributions in helping us achieve this distinction. We also extend our gratitude to the EVE board for their support and encouragement. 💙💛
