ave our own language school, Juntucha, where you can learn Spanish or Quechua, and we recently opened our own accommodation, Casa Juntucha, where you can book a studio and stay with other volunteers! This does not only mean taking care of nature and environment, but also considering the impact of the projects on people. How can we stimulate development and independence on a short and a long term? We believe that helping kids and youngsters to get some perspective will help. Moreover, we intent to provide care and service in a way that has a long lasting effect. In order to secure an actual change in the lives of the kids and their environment we focus on long term goals. The organization, now active in Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala and Brazil, cooperates with Casa de la Alegría in Bolivia. Casa de la Alegría (House of Happiness in Spanish) helps kids and youngsters that have faced aggression, negligence or abuse, harming their normal social and emotional development. Casa de la Alegria tries to help the kids to cope with these problems so they can fully develop their talents, become independent and proud of themselves. The profit of Beyond South America goes to Casa de la Alegría.
