Many mistake us for a purely Middle Eastern/Arabic restaurant, but if we had to label ourselves, Pan-Asian would be appropriate. So you can expect to find on our menu our take on the Nasi Lemak, as well as a good ol' steak with your choice of traditional sauces.

So what is a Ruby Chocolate?
Believe or not, the pink hue of the chocolate is a natural colour coming from specific cocoa beans that can be found in Ecuador, Brazil, or Ivory Coast.
What's the flavour profile?
It's not too sweet, nor sour, but has a tangy fruity note reminiscent of berries. This marries well with the sweetness of the caramel and buttery shortbread cookie.
