We decided to move out of our garage in 2012 and opened a small shop on Dundonald Street in Hamilton. We pride ourselves on delivering the very best service available as well as parts, accessories and wonderful KHS, Free Agent and Manhattan bicycles.

A couple of decades ago even the fastest sprinters were generally using nothing bigger than a 54T large chainring in all the races they rode and most were on a 53T. This included those riders who were “juicing to the eyeballs” 😳
If the riders of today are able to turn a 60T chainring effectively….even on descents….it poses all kinds of questions, doesn’t it?

This is absolutely correct. It’s been a huge positive in my own life and I’ve observed the benefit in others who have taken it up.
