Healthy eating ISN'T consuming your time...your mindset is! 🤯

Have you fallen prey to the "healthy eating is time consuming" rhetoric? Dont worry you're not alone I hear this from my patients all the time. But it doesn't have to be at all!!

What does mindset have to do with saving time you ask❓

Because often it's not the food but our own beliefs that complicate the process.

Thinking we HAVE to avoid certain foods or follow rigid rules to eating

Believing specific foods are off limits or unhealthy

Trying to work around all these restriction is what really sets us up for failure. 🥴

When you ditch these limiting beliefs & replace them with an "All foods are fit" mindset, you will then focus on HOW to work that food in, not IF you can have it in the first place. And with a knowledge of some super simple meal balance strategies you can do just that!

Suddenly a world of food choices is opened back up to you and you have WAY more options to choose from! Imagine that!!

One mindset shift can make a world of difference...less stress & more time & energy to focus on your dreams & goals...not on diets! 🥳
