Last night's Squat and Pull Up workshop was a huge success! Thank you to Coach for putting on a very educational, informative, interactive, and enjoyable session.
Thank you to everyone who showed up for the session, and I hope that you are able to take away and use all of the information you learned tonight in your crossfit journey moving forward.
Our next session is scheduled for Wednesday, November 20th, and will focus on the Olympic Lifts and Handstand Pushups! We look forward to seeing you then!
