We had an iOS update over the weekend and some Apple users are experiencing issues with logging in. This can easily be fixed by doing the following:

- Please check your settings and update your app.
- In some cases, the app needs to be deleted and installed again from the app store and this will completely fix the issue.

We are currently working on rectifying the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.

A release of our New EasyPark Meter Online Top Up Application

For those that have been patiently waiting, our newly re-engineered EP Meter Online Top Up Application is now available for use with a few new key features:

1. There is no longer the requirement to pre-register your EasyPark Meter through our website to use the online top up application. However, to provide some protection against loss or theft of your device, this remains recommended.

2. Credit/debit card details are stored by reference, eliminating the need for re-entry on subsequent top up events.

3.Improved reporting facility to easily access parking, loading top up and fees/refunds history.

4. Direct support email from within the application to report top up issues.

Just a reminder if you haven’t topped up in a long time on your EasyPark mobile and you have issues adding credit, please log out and log back in to the app. An email was sent out regarding an upgrade to the app to registered users.

EasyPark Mobile Can Now be Used At Par La Ville Car Park

We are pleased to announce that customers can now use EasyPark Moble to park at the newly upgraded Par La Ville car park, in addition to Front Street and City Hall car parks.

Using EasyPark Mobile for gated parking payments provides our customers with a convenient way to pay for parking, without leaving the comfort of your car.

Instructions for Using EasyPark Mobile at Gated Parking Lots

The EasyPark Mobile Bermuda App is available for free download from iTunes and the Google Play store.

To pay for parking using EasyPark Mobile please take the following steps:

1. Press the button at the entry gate and take the ticket as directed (do not scan ticket at this time)

2. On returning to the car park (and before proceeding to your gate of choice), open the EasyPark Mobile application on your phone and press the ‘Gate’ icon on bottom of screen

3. Press “Scan Barcode” button and scan the bar code at the bottom of the ticket

4. Select ‘Pay’ button on Confirm Payment screen to submit payment from your EasyPark Mobile account (The screen will then display a 15 minute countdown timer)

5. Proceed to the exit of your choice

6. Once at the gate, select the desired gate from the Gate To Open drop down list and press green “Open” button

7. Press “OK” to confirm and open gate

Note 1: If you have insufficient funds in your account you can add funds to your mobile account and restart the process, or proceed to a pay station and pay as directed.

Note 2: To park using EasyPark mobile, customers MUST display the complimentary EasyPark Mobile sticker on the left-hand side of their windscreen to ensure parking wardens are aware they are using EasyPark Mobile. Stickers can be collected from the following locations:

1. City Hall Administration Office
2. CellOne Retail outlets in Hamilton, Somerset and St. George’s
3. EasyPark Office, Broadway House, 1 Crow Lane (Top of Spurling Hill)
4. P-Tech on Reid Street
