World Triathlon Championship Series Bermuda Team Relay was great fun for our team! We also enjoyed seeing all the athletes competing. Congrats to all our clients who made it to the podium and to those that reached their goals!
Tips to staying active:
1. Pick an activity that you enjoy and you’re most likely to keep doing it for a long time.
Physical activity can be classified as formal and informal activity. Both of which can be beneficial to your health.
Formal activity is the structured sports, running, weightlifting, etc.
Informal is less structured and can be activity like gardening, mowing the grass, cleaning the house.
These activities can be a benefit to your health, if they’re challenging with moderate to vigorous intensity aswell as being performed for a good amount of time.
