With the amendments proposed to the Consumers’ Protection Act, we are now awaiting the final transposition of Directive (EU) 2019/2161 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directives 98/6/EC, 2005/29/EC and 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to better enforcement and modernization of consumer protection rules in the Union (Directive 2019/2161), which should have already been a fact, but due to the political situation, this process has remained in the background. The law is expected to be finally adopted in February 2022.

The Digital Content and Services and Sale of Goods Act enters into force from 01.01.2022
The adoption of the law is based on the need to transpose into Bulgarian legislation the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/770 of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain aspects of contracts for the provision of digital content and digital services and Directive (EU) 2019/771 of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain aspects of contracts for the sale of goods.

Over the years, the Law on Administrative Violations and Penalties (LAVP) has undergone several important changes, such as the latest amendments published in the State Gazette, no. 109 of 2020, that entered into force on 23.12.2021. ПРОВЕРКА НА БИЗНЕС КОМПЕТЕНЦИИ НА КАНДИДАТИ ЧРЕЗ „РЕАЛЕН БИЗНЕС КАЗУС“
🇧🇬 Опитът ни показва, че инструментът „реален казус“ се използва недостатъчно обмислено, прецизно и целенасочено, което води до ниска добавена стойност и по-скоро до загуба на ресурси в провеждането на тази допълнителна стъпка (време и косвени разходи, свързани с участието на служителите ни в процеса).
Иструментът се използва най-често като трета стъпка от процеса, след проведени телефонно интервю и първоначално живо интервю с представител на отдел ЧР или прекия ръководител на позицията при по-малка структура. Друга практика е задаването на въпроси тип „реален казус“ по време на първото живо интервю, на които кандидатът следва да даде отговор на момента. И в двете ситуации има опасност от неползотворно изкривяване на крайния резултат от стъпката.

🇬🇧 Our experience shows that the “real case” tool is used insufficiently thoughtfully, precisely and purposefully, which leads to low added value and rather loss of resources in carrying out this additional step (time and indirect costs associated with the participation of our employees in process).

The tool is most often used as a third step in the process, after a telephone interview and an initial live interview with a HR representative or line manager in a smaller structure. Another practice is to ask “real case” questions during the first live interview, to which the candidate should answer at the moment. In both situations there is a danger of useless distortion of the final result of the step.
