⚖️ Every annotator who works on a HITL project receives a written agreement before the project starts, in a language they actually understand, covering the work, the deadlines, the pay and the purpose behind the data they are labeling.

Our Fair Work Policy is built around three commitments:

1️⃣ We work specifically with conflict-affected people who face legal obstacles in securing stable employment, with a minimum 50% women across our workforce and zero discrimination in recruitment.

2️⃣ Every annotator is paid above the local minimum wage, with payments calculated per unit delivered and approved - regardless of whether they complete the full project.

3️⃣ Every annotator receives specific training for every project before work begins.

Stable, fairly treated annotators make fewer errors, deliver more consistently and stay engaged across longer projects. The working conditions and the data quality are connected.
