CSEL - NATO Allied Command Operations

The Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL) for Allied Command Operations (ACO) is the senior enlisted member of ACO. He reports to the Supreme Allied Commander - Europe regarding all matters pertaining to the enlisted force. The SEL is responsible for the mentoring and professional development of the NATO Alliance's enlisted force. Additionally, the SEL maintains communication with the other SELs in NATO, Nations in the NATO Alliance, and Partner Nations.
