Intix, a portfolio company of Summa Equity, an impact fund with the focus and ambition to contribute to the values, has made the decision to exit its business from Russia. Therefore, effective immediately, Intix is terminating all existing contracts with its Russia based business partner and clients. "We believe that considering the ongoing military activity and the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, the continuation of business in Russia is ethically unsustainable", comments CEO Marc Braet. These actions are not expected to have any material impact on the company financials. Intix’ Russian business accounts for approximately 0.7% of its total annual revenues.
