Welonging Movement - Connecting in playful motion

Welonging Movement is a facilitated event, where we play with rhythm, dance and mindfulness and the Welonging ingredients of presence, connection and space.

The dance is attended by a diverse community of people, some of whom are couples or individuals, with former experience of consciouss dancing, while some never experienced that before. So come as you are; no previous dance experience needed.

The invitation is to cultivate your creative-form of expression, bring a curious spirit and a YES to deepening your experience of:

- A common ground – feeling safe enough, to belong and to become
- Presence – being here and now, to see and to be seen
- Connection – with your self, as a couple or with another and in community
- Space – within you, around you and beyond the dance floor

The music is diverse to engage a horizon of possibilities.

The dance is present in the here and now, improvised, simply what arrives.
