Progr3ss x QRF: reshaping a piece of Ostend’s heritage ✨

We’re proud to be partnering with Qrf on the transformation of the iconic Feest- en Cultuurpaleis in Ostend. What once housed six smaller units will soon become one impressive flagship store — a bold new chapter for this historic location.

The challenge? Executing major structural works in a busy city centre, with all the logistical complexity that entails.

In close collaboration with CONIX RDBM Architects, we’re setting the stage for a leading international retailer to move in.

From Strategy to Synergy: Progr3ss Offsite 2025

Last week, Team Progr3ss swapped construction sites and offices for Comporta, Portugal.
A few days to strengthen teamwork, sharpen strategy, and reflect on progress — with a bonus of sunshine and seafood. 🌞

Because in business, just like in cycling, success comes from riding in sync: supporting each other, sharing the pace, and moving forward together.

Here’s a glimpse of what inspired us:

1. Seminar by the pool – First some e-mails, then a session on how to make our team work like a true cycling team.
2. The 3 from Progr3ss – Our three pillars and peloton leaders at JNcQUOI.
3. The shopping crew – We don’t think in problems. We think in solutions.
4. Strategic storks – Spotted everywhere in Comporta. A sign of new projects? Stay tuned!
5. Our team on the beach – Stronger together, ready for the next stage.
6. Architecture in Lisbon – Inspired by design in Comporta and in Lisbon.
7. Around the table – Great conversations, great food, great company.
8. At the Monument of the Discoveries – A reminder that real progress starts with vision and the courage to lead the way.

From structure to style: the Burberry story continues! ✨

After completing the structural and stability works for the Burberry store in Brussels, we're very proud to move on to the next phase: the full interior fit-out.

A big thank you to Total Service Engineering S.r.l. for the smooth collaboration – great teamwork makes the difference. 🤝 Together, we look forward to shaping a store that reflects the unmistakable style and sophistication of Burberry.
