We’ve got some fresh energy in the office! 🚀

The first week at Devatwork flew by, and we’re thrilled to officially welcome Tomasz Liksza, our newest intern to the team.

Bringing a solid foundation in full-stack development, he is jumping straight into the action on both React and React Native projects. Beyond coding, he will be assisting with project setups and getting his first real taste of project design, an area he is eager to explore and master.

It’s always a pleasure to mentor talent that’s hungry to learn and contribute. We can't wait to see the impact he will make!

Welcome to the team! 💻✨

When fuel prices rise, companies immediately look for ways to optimize routes, reduce consumption, and eliminate waste.

But in tech, that same reflex is often missing.

Inefficient code, over-provisioned cloud resources, and outdated architectures are the “fuel waste” of digital systems, and they come with a very real cost.

Why should sustainability in tech matter to you as a client?

Because it directly impacts your costs, performance, and future readiness!

At Devatwork, we design technology with efficiency at its core. Every architectural choice we make: from cloud-native design to resource optimization is built to reduce unnecessary consumption.

What does that mean for you?
• Lower infrastructure and energy costs
• Faster, more scalable applications
• Systems that are ready for evolving regulatory and ESG requirements
• Less technical waste slowing down your innovation

Sustainability isn’t a “nice to have”. it’s a smarter way to build and run technology.

We don’t just build solutions that work today. We build systems that remain efficient, cost-effective, and responsible as your business grows.

That’s the kind of technology partnership we believe in.

How often do you consider efficiency and sustainability when making technology decisions?

What makes a difference between companies that just sell features or services, and companies that offer a experience?

Take a look at the big giant Apple and their small example: packaging.

Does it really matter if it doesn’t relate to the hardware itself?
It’s about a holistic approach to offering their user experience.

But for an IT company, how might it look?
You develop a project and then wave to your previous customer, moving on to meet the next one.
Not at all!

As a team, as people, we care about how we can make the process more understandable for non-tech people, which is one of the main pain points for most who have a great project with a great vision but need guidance for implementation.

Honestly, we are learning more and more with each new client because people are all different, and the next case is never the same as the previous one. But we keep our focus on our aim, taking into account our mistakes and celebrating our successes with you.

Now, translating this into the context of the solution we’re developing for you, we lay the same foundation and goal from the UX research phase: to provide your users with a holistic experience.

Take, for example, “packaging.”

Guiding and onboarding new users is the way they “unpack” your services. We design and develop solutions that turn your features and services into a thoughtfully designed experience.

A few reflections inspired by Futurebuild Belgium

A recurring theme across the discussions was clear:

the need to build more sustainably and circularly is no longer a future ambition it is a reality across the construction sector.

What also came through very strongly were the challenges:

-how to make circular construction affordable and scalable
-how to align innovation with regulatory and legislative frameworks
-how contractors balance ambition with day-to-day operational pressure

These topics directly affect how construction companies design, produce, plan, and deliver.

At the same time, behind all these efforts sits a complex digital environment:

systems, data flows, internal processes, reporting requirements, coordination across teams and partners, all of which also need to work smoothly.

This is where we believe our role as a software partner truly matters.

At Devatwork, we are a human-centric software company that builds custom digital solutions by first immersing ourselves in our clients’ world.

How? By understanding their field, their constraints, and their ambitions.

What for? To simplify and strengthen their digital environments by:

-integrating systems
-automating internal operations
-making processes more efficient and reliable
-implementing new applications aligned to their workflow

So construction teams can focus on what truly matters:
building better, more sustainable, and future-proof projects, while having an IT partner they can trust to walk alongside them.

Being present, listening, and engaging in these conversations is essential, because meaningful digital impact starts with understanding the reality on the ground.
