The colour tells you that – besides gum arabic – they are made from raspberries. The shape is reminiscent of a nose, which explains the popular name “neuzekes” (little noses). This typical Belgian confectionery has a pronounced sweet taste, and surprises with its hard exterior and smooth interior.
