What will you do?
Match IT freelancers with the right projects - end-to-end. From sourcing and intake interviews to candidate guidance and network building.

✅ 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing or contracting
✅ Native Dutch speaker with fluent English
✅ Commercial mindset and affinity with the IT market
✅ Curious about AI and new recruitment technologies
✅ Proactive, communicative and driven by results
✅ And... no fear of picking up the phone 😄
