A little note from a devastated family business

After yet another surge of COVID numbers, our government has made the decision to shut down all restaurants, hotels, and cafés for 1 month. We cannot begin to express our sadness when we heard the news.

Since June we have been trying to do whatever’s in our power to remain open, but after what happened in August (lockdown in Antwerp) we decided to close down our restaurant for the first time in 27 years.

This 3rd lockdown comes as a particularly hard blow for those of us who have worked hard to provide people with a safe and clean environment. We are a small, family-owned business that has been forced (yet again) to go into survival mode.

We will not let this situation tear us down but we’ll start this day with a heavy heart nonetheless.

We would like to welcome you in both locations today and tomorrow our location kasteelpleinstraat will be open from 12.00 until 21.00.

We have alcohol gel, we wear masks, and our restaurants are properly ventilated!

From Monday we remain open for take away
