We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our market presence across Software solutions, E-Commerce platforms, and Real Estate services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple business verticals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in Software, E-Commerce, and Real Estate sectors
* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and client referrals
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
* Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, support) to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Proven experience in sales/business development (preferably in Software, E-Commerce, or Real Estate)
* Strong understanding of digital products, web solutions, and property markets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and basic digital marketing concepts
**Experience Requirement**
* Minimum 1β3 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales
* Experience in Software or IT solution selling will be highly preferred
