Xpress Language is looking for a versatile, organized, and energetic professional to join our team at the heart of Tangail! If you are a "people person" with strong administrative skills and a flair for video presentation, we want to hear from you.

📍 Location
Sobur Khan Tower, Boro Kalibari Road, Tangail.
Salary: 15k - 20k

Education Qualification: Minimum HSC (English Version) or English Medium Preferred(A-Level).

🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Communication
• First Impression: Greet and welcome parents, students, and visitors warmly as they arrive.
• Inquiry Management: Answer phone calls and emails with accurate info on course offerings, schedules, and fees.
• Liaison: Act as the bridge between teaching staff and parents to ensure smooth communication regarding schedules and important dates.
2. Video Presentation (Core Requirement)
• Create and deliver video presentations for various language training products. (Candidates must be comfortable and professional on camera).
3. Administrative & Financial Support
• Reception: Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.
• Records: Manage student records, schedule appointments, and maintain filing systems.
• Bookkeeping: Process payments, manage fee collections, and handle basic clerical duties (photocopying/scanning).
• Supplies: Manage inventory for front-office materials and supplies.
🎓 Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in office administration or management support (preferably in a training center).
• Education: Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; comfortable with telemarketing/telecommunications.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and video content creation/presentation.
