To describe weather you should use whatever you see around you.
You could ask yourself some questions to make answer better
Like
How does the sky look like? Is it clear? Is it bright? Is it cloudy? Is the sun hidden behind cloud? Is it dark?

How do you feel? Do you feel warm? Hot? Humid? Or Cozy? Comfortable?

How’s the wind? Is it calm? Is it breezy? Is it chill? Is it very windy?

If it’s raining how is it raining? Is it pouring heavily? Is it light rain? Is it raining all day? Is it partly raining partly sunny?

If it’s snowing? Has it just started to snow? Is it already covered in snow? Is it icy rain?

If it’s a spring day what do you see around you? Is it colourful? Are the leaves looking fresh ?

Leaves start to go brown and fall during start of winter.

Notice changes big or small and include those information to describe the weather.
