১৬-ই ডিসেম্বর,বাঙ্গালী জাতি ও জাতীয়তার বিজয়,
যুগ-যুগান্তরের হারানো স্বাধীনতার লাল সূর্যোদয়।

বিজয় মানে উপনিবেশিক শাসন ও শোষণের অবসান,
স্বাধীন সার্বভৌম রাষ্ট্র, রাষ্ট্রনীতি ও আইনের সুশাসন।

সামাজিক,সাংস্কৃতিক,রাজনৈতিক,অর্থনৈতিক মুক্তি,
নাগরিক অধিকার,ভোটাধিকার,যা গণতান্ত্রিক শক্তি।

বিজয়ের লাল সূর্য অস্তমিত হয়েছিল পলাশীর প্রান্তরে,
ব্রিটিশ দূ:শাসন এসেছিল পাকভারতের শাসনতন্ত্রে।

ব্রিটিশ বেনিয়ার প্রস্থানে, জন্ম নিল ভারত ও পাকিস্তান,
শাসনতন্ত্রের রদবদলে বাংলায় এলো হায়নার দু:শাসন।

জিন্না ঘোষনা দিল, উর্দুই হবে পাকবাংলার রাষ্ট্রভাষা, প্রতিবাদ প্রাণ দানে রাষ্ট্রভাষা বাংলা,বঙ্গের মাতৃভাষা।

ভেস্তে দিল যুক্তফ্রন্ট নির্বাচনে সরকার গঠণের বাসনা,
হুকুমের গোলাম বানাতে দিল মার্শাল ল' এর ঘোষণা।

শুরু হলো বাংলায় ছয় দফা আন্দোলন,গণঅভ্যুত্থান,
ভুট্টু-র দু:শাসন পতনে ক্ষমতাসীন হলো আইয়ুব খান।

সংবিধান রচনা,গনতন্ত্র প্রতিষ্ঠায় হল সাধারণ নির্বাচন,
শাসনভার হস্তান্তরে চলে হায়নার কালক্ষেপণ-নির্যাতন।

আসবে মহাকাল, মহা পতঙ্গ, ঘটবে অপশক্তির পতন,
শক্তি ও সাহস জোগাবে, উড়বে বঙ্গে বিজয় কেতন।

মহাকবি ঘোষনা দিল 'এবারের সংগ্রাম,মুক্তির সংগ্রাম',
শুরু হল রক্তাত্ব লড়াই, মুক্তি যুদ্ধ,নাহি শহর,নাহি গ্রাম।

যোগ দিল ছাত্র-শিক্ষক,কৃষক-জনতা,কুলি-মজুর সবি,
মুক্তিসেনা,মৈত্রী শক্তি,শিল্পী,সাহিত্যিক,বুদ্ধিজীবি,কবি।

নাহি অস্ত্র,যুদ্ধের বস্ত্র, নাহি প্রশিক্ষণ,শুধু ছিল মনে বল,
সম্মুখ যুদ্ধ,গেরিলা যুদ্ধ করল মুক্তিপাগল যোদ্ধার দল।

কবি লিখল কবিতা,শিল্পী গাইল উৎসাহ-প্রেরনার গান,
কণ্ঠ কণ্ঠে মুখরিত 'জয় বাংলা, বাংলার জয়' স্লোগান।

যোদ্ধার আশ্রয় দিল গৃহ পিতা, মাতা দিল খাবার-পানি,
মুছে যাক তবু বাংলা মায়ের দীর্ঘ পরাধীনতার গ্লানি।

মা হারাল সন্তান,বধূ হারাল স্বামী, নারী সম্ভ্রম ও সম্মান,
লক্ষ লক্ষ বীর, যোদ্ধা দিল তাজা রক্ত ও তাজা প্রাণ।

দীর্ঘ নয় মাসের রক্তক্ষয়ী যুদ্ধে পরাজিত হল পাকিস্থান,
বঙ্গ আকাশে উড়ল লাল সবুজ পতাকা,বিজয় নিশান।

মহান বিজয়,ত্রিশ লক্ষ শহীদের রক্তক্ষরণ ও আত্মদান,
দুই লক্ষ বীরাঙ্গনা মা-বোনের সম্ভ্রম-সন্মানের বলিদান।

Internet is a computer based global network. It plays a miraculous role in the world of information and communication, science and technology, art and culture, history and literature, trade and commerce and what not. Internet can transmit and receive messages quickly at the cheapest cost. It has made the communication easier and brought the world closer. People living in any corner of the world can easily communicate with others; share their feelings and see the photos of the persons while talking through internet Skype. People of all classes are now greatly dependent on internet. Teachers, students, economists, politicians, business communities and other professionals can read books, newspapers, journals, magazines etc. and share their opinions through internet. The students from home and abroad can attend online classes, examinations as well as seek admission news and information of the universities through the help of internet. Internet has brought about a great change in banking and financial activities, worldwide money transfer and transaction of businesses. Different types of commercial products and goods are being bought and sold through internet based websites. The job seekers can easily know about different jobs and apply for them. People can manage office, consult doctors and have entertainment through internet. Even the great social network ‘Facebook’ has not been possible without internet. There is darkness behind light and evil behind good. There are some abuses of internet. Some facts like obscene films, videos and nakedness are available in internet and our young generation is getting demoralized. Teenagers keep chatting and waste times while they are supposed to study. In addition, disclosing privacy, black mailing, virus infection and stealing information are the abuses of internet. In spite of having some drawbacks, internet is the best way to keep pace with the rest of the world.
