The system works by evenly spreading materials on a mesh belt (8–20 mesh), which is continuously conveyed through multiple heating zones in a zigzag motion. Hot air generated through heat exchangers is circulated by blowers, passing through the material layer to ensure effective heat transfer. Each drying unit is equipped with independent air heating, circulation, and dehumidification systems to maintain optimal drying conditions. Moisture-laden air is partially exhausted while the rest is recirculated, ensuring energy efficiency and stable performance.

This advanced drying technology is ideal for high-moisture and high-sugar content materials such as chilies and other spices, where controlled temperature, airflow, belt speed, and humidity are critical for maintaining product quality.
