Lalien Islam's documentary on the Rohingya crisis titled 'People who Crossed River Naf' just received Semi-Finalist status at the competition segment of Iraq's Al-Nahj Film Festival.

After success in Italy, the short documentary film on the Rohingya crisis, their ethnic cleansing and forced migration to Bangladesh will be premiered at the official competition of the festival event, which is to be held in the period of April the 1st to the 5th – 2018 in Karbala, Iraq.
