Travel, Vacations & Visa Processing Executive Officer. Tours &Travels, VISA PROCESSING, AIR TICKETING, TOUR PACKAGE, Social Media Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

-Create a travel itinerary with flights & tour package items given.
-Respond to client queries via online & offline channels.
-Describing the package tour, sightseeing, and itineraries to the clients.
-Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English.
-Have updated knowledge about airline rules & policies.
-Keep sales records & report sales information monthly.
-Be an expert in Airline Ticketing & reservation software. Book, Issue, cancel, re-issue, refund, split, void, etc (Galileo / Sabre). (This is optional).
-Have updated knowledge about international tour packages.
-Have destination knowledge about foreign countries.
-Be polite, active & responsible with your duties.
-Making plans for individuals and groups to achieve the sales target.
-Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing.
-Experience with BSP / IATA-related operations is a plus point (This is optional).

Airlines, IATA, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Operator, Travel Agency, Travel Consultant, Travel Agent

Additional Requirements

-Extra skills with PC / IT are highly welcome
-Must use Email, Whatsapp, Facebook, Viber, & other online communication tools
-Visa processing experience will be a massive plus point
-Must have learning & positive attitude

Job Location
-Dhaka (Mirpur DOHS)

Salary
-Tk. 13000- 25000 (Monthly)
Salary depends on experience & performance - 3 Months probation period applicable

• Expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, manage digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
• Must be smart, good looking, have beautiful voice, expert on live presentation and willing to work on social media.
• Manage page (Example: Comments reply, Checking inbox)
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls, message and customer query.
• Must have idea to received customer order with name address and phone number.
• Can write down all sales and delivery data on record book.
• Experienced candidates in live presentation in facebook , modelling and sales will be preferred.
• Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaign, including a good Graphics Design Knowledge, Photoshop & Illustrator, create necessary marketing database, email and social media.
• Facebook pixel, Facebook boosting, email marketing, SMS campaign.
• Excellent understanding of Facebook, Alibaba, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram and Snapchat as marketing platforms.
• Producing weekly reports on progress against job responsibilities
